We used this company in 2021 to transfer the purchase of a new home and the sale of our then home. I just found out 1 year and 6 months later that they sent all the documentation to the land registry last week on December 9, 2022. They said they were waiting for the seller's lawyers to send some necessary documents. They should have been following this for the last year and a half but to be completely frank the whole experience with them has been very stressful as you have to follow them for everything. The rate they receive should reflect the service provided and remove the stress and anxiety that comes with buying and selling a property by managing all but the amount of stress caused by deadlock and lack of urgency The job delivered was the worst we have ever received purchase and sale of a house.

Stay away from these lawyers and go to another firm.

Initially, your conveyance service was fine, but a few years later, upon rescheduling, it turned out that a rating had been left on my title that was against my circumstances.
When asked to explain and fix this to please my new mortgage company, they were unwilling to put in writing why this was acceptable - a phone call would suffice, but I couldn't and was wary of a verbal response rather than getting it over the phone. written.
So I would love to use them again.
